Return & Replacement Policy

At urbanautoparts.in, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Therefore, we have crafted a comprehensive replacement policy to ensure your peace of mind when shopping with us.

1. Return and Replacement Period: We do not provide return facility but you can initiate replacement within 7 days of delivery. If replacement is approved we will initiate replacement within 10days.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

2. Video Documentation Requirement: To streamline the replacement process, we kindly request that you make a video of yourself opening the parcel upon arrival. This video serves as crucial evidence in case of any damages or missing items.

In case, if the product(s) is not fitting properly then you are required to make a video of the issue that you are facing while fitting the product and send it to us on the below mention contact details to be eligible for the process of replacement.

3. Contact Information: Should you encounter any damages or find items missing from your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us immediately at +91 9557174426 Between 12:00pm – 06:00pm, Alongside your contact, please send the video of the parcel opening for our reference.

4. Resolution Within 7 Days: Once we receive your complaint along with the opening video, our team will swiftly assess the situation. In cases of damaged or missing products, we commit to either replacing the item(s) or sending you a new one. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and strive to resolve it within 7 days of your initial contact.

5. Proof of Video Requirement: Regrettably, without the video evidence of the parcel opening, we are unable to process any replacement for missing items. This is a necessary measure to ensure fair and transparent transactions for all parties involved.

Exclusions: Please note that this policy does not cover returns or refunds for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Products which are fitting perfectly and are of the same quality shown to you but with some minor/negligible scratch or wear and tear are not eligible for replacement. Additionally, personalized or customized items may not be eligible for replacement unless they arrive damaged or defective.
